Photographer Thomas Walton was born in Catawba County North Carolina. Entered the US Army and attended the University Of Maryland Asia and European Divisions. Lived In Korea and Augsburg Germany and Spent time in Panama, Canada, Japan, And other countries. In 1991 Thomas left the Army and returned to North Carolina for two years before escaping back to Alaska where he claims he will live for the rest of his life. Thomas’s other passions include but are not limited too  His family, camping, fishing, Hunting, Climbing, Mountain Biking, woodworking and still maintains the best time to leave an aircraft is 3000 or more feet above the ground.

 Thomas shoots with a Canon EOS Elan IIe, and a Digital Canon 40D, since becoming tired of Nikons ego getting in the way of common sense.   Two zoom lens he uses Are Sigma. One is a image stabilized Canon. The Tripod is a Heavy Bogan and the head is a 3265.

Fear of heights ? No, sudden stops at the bottom maybe but not heights.
